There's an oblate core in the middle of the toy to make sure it is sturdy for riding. Surrounding this core is an amazing set of gills that are designed to collapse in your hole one by one. On their way out, they create a "pop" effect creating a lot of noise. 

This toy is like nothing else. Tops will love having it around as a tool to make their bottoms bloomy and noisy. Bottoms will experience the unique sensations and sounds their holes can make.
