While Friendly Toys has put considerable care into the information provided on this website, we can’t guarantee it’s free from errors, or that everything is 100% accurate, complete, or up to date.

All use of our products is at your own risk. We make our toys with safe, high-quality materials — but no toy is risk-free if used improperly. Always listen to your body, take your time, and use plenty of lube.

What ingredients are in the toys?

Lab certified skin safe platinum silicone. No compromise. We wash them before shipping but always wash your toys before using them.

Are they dishwasher safe?

Yes! But please refer to our care section for more advice.

What lubes can I use?

Are they compatible with my F-Machine, Harness or other attachments?

Depends on the toy.

Bloomer, Wonder, Buster and Triple Pounder comes with a vac-u-lock hole free of charge.

Knuckle (including Fist Kit) and Snuckle does not. If you'd like a hole in those we can do it on certain sizes. Write us a note on the order or send us an email first and we can confirm with you.

Why are platinum silicone toys expensive?

Platinum silicone is cured using a platinum catalyst — an actual precious metal — which makes the material fully cross-linked and non-porous, meaning it won’t harbour bacteria or break down over time. This medical-grade process results in a toy that’s body-safe, hypoallergenic, and built for long-term use.

Unlike cheaper materials like PVC or TPE, platinum silicone won’t degrade, leach chemicals, or absorb fluids. You’re paying for quality, safety, and durability — and honestly, your body deserves nothing less.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping in Canada and United States (excl. Hawaii and Alaska) but the order must be 100CAD or 150$USD respectively. We also offer free shipping to Australia and New Zealand for order 500$ and over in the local currency. For all other markets a discounted flat shipping rate is shown at checkout.

What about customs fees?

All our toys are proudly made in Canada, and thanks to international trade agreements, most customers won’t pay customs duties or VAT.

✅ No customs charges or VAT for:

USA – No duties or VAT on orders under $800 USD (USMCA)
Australia & New Zealand – No duties or VAT on orders under $1,000 AUD/NZD (CPTPP)

⚠️ Europe & UK – While there are no customs duties (CETA & CETA-TCA), VAT may still apply, along with a processing fee charged by local couriers or customs.

For other destinations, import taxes or handling fees may apply.

We always ship in plain packaging, and do everything we can to make the process smooth — but once it crosses the border, local taxes and fees (if any) are out of our hands.

Where do you ship?

Our main market is Canada and the USA. We ship to many other countries. Don't hesitate to contact us (info@friendlytoys.ca) if you'd like a quote on shipping to your country if you are not able to checkout.

How hard are the toys?

All our toys are made with platinum-cured silicone in a soft 00-30 Shore hardness — flexible, body-safe, and forgiving. It adapts to your shape, offers a gentle squeeze at entry, and is ideal for comfort, safety, and training.

Note: Slight variations in softness may occur due to the hand-made nature of our process — but every toy falls within our strict softness range.

Can I order a custom colour?

The short answer is no. We have six current colours. Purple Wreck, Turquoise Abyss, Dark Cave. We also have super vivid Neon Yellow, Orange and Pink. The neon colours glow under UV light. If new colours were to become available, they would be announced on our X, Bluesky & mailing list. You can always send us feedback at info@friendlytoys.ca.

Is the packaging discreet?

Your order is shipped in a plain shipping box. Friendly Toys is written on the shipping label as the "Shipper" when using Canada Post. Outside of Canada, we use FedEx and for most countries, the customs document is sent electronically so there are no item description on the box.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Usual fulfillment time is 1-5 days. During sales or launches fulfillment may take up for 3 weeks.

What is the return policy?

Once shipped, there are no returns. Be sure to look at the sizes. We make big toys. Don’t be fooled by your eyes, or your hole. If you have an issue with your order, contact us directly and include your order number we'll be glad to assist you.

What is the refund policy?

Once shipped, there are no refunds.

Are your products available in store?

We only do business at www.friendlytoys.ca

Do you offer any discounts?

If we have sales, you will find out about it on X/Twitter, Bluesky or by joining our Mailing List. When a new product comes out, we offer special pricing for the launch.

Do you offer a price guarantee?

We offer a 14 day price guarantee. If you purchased an item and it dropped in price within 14 days from your purchase, please contact us at info@friendlytoys.ca and we will refund you the difference.
